ABF Academy’s athletic program has long been focused on not only providing student-athletes with the necessary skills to succeed in both life and sports but showing student-athletes the right way to do so. ABF has noticed a shift in terms of priorities among coaches and parents in the athletics realm. In today’s world, sports has become about winning and flashy play rather than learning and the fundamentals. In conjunction with their own efforts to combat this shift, ABF Academy will provide opportunities for parents and youth-sport coaches to learn from ABF industry professionals via seminars, lectures, conferences, etc. ABF’s own coaches will teach parents and youth-sport coaches the ins and outs of teaching their respective sports with a focus on learning and growth rather than just winning. In addition to serving as a hub for enhancing physical play, the proposed facility will serve as a hub for those within the community looking to advance their knowledge of the game. Youth Sport Tourism (Clinics, Showcases, Tournaments, etc.) South Florida has a rich history of premiere athletics, and ABF believes that the City of Hialeah can become the epicenter of that very excellence. By hosting national tournaments and showcases, continually training professionals in their off-season, and so much more, the proposed facility is poised to become the premier destination for athletes and sports fans alike.
